Apply To Day 41 -Agape Acers

Are you looking for a life change after your release? Why not join the Day 41 family at Agape Acres? 

 

Day 1 – 30: We will provide transportation to pick you up from the transfer unit or the Greyhound bus station in Houston. During your 30 days at Agape Ranch, we come alongside you to obtain property identification and health insurance. Find stable work or enroll in classes for your CDL or OSHA certifications, get you to parole, and meet their stipulation. Our program is a zero-alcohol/ drug zone. We require each resident to attend Church on Sundays and AA/NA classes throughout the week. also includes bible study, free counseling, and more.

After 30 days, you will be evaluated. You may remain for 90 days with approval.

 

Day 31 – 90: We ensure you have reliable transportation throughout your time at Agape Acres, as we are not on the bus line. You should begin full-time work or trade school and pay a program fee of $150.00. Programs at the Farm include Restoring Your Heart classes, freshman-level life skills, ATV/ dirt bike riding, fire pit fellowship, counseling, mentorship, and recovery getaways, with PO approval.

After 90 days you will be evalurated.You may remain for another 90 days with tapproval.

Day 91 – 182: Continue full-time work, pay your program fee, attend church and bible studies, and actively participate in your recoevery by working the 12 steps of AA/NA. We also ask that you participate in Community Service projects one day a month. 

 

Day 181 – 270: Continue full-time work, pay your program fee, attend church and bible studies, and attend Junior levek life skills. We also ask that you meet with your mentor and sponsee one hour each week. 

 

After 270 days, you may remain at Agape Acres with the founder's approval for up to one year.

 

Day 271 – 365: For the next three months, participants will work on transitioning from shared living to furnished one-bedroom apartments.  

But this is not goodbye; instead, we continue to walk alongside you as much or as little as you would like us to. While we know not every man will graduate from our program, we envision the vast majority of men ready to extend their hand to the next guy leaving prison by becoming alum mentors who graduate and have the highest success rate.
