PRAYER PARTNERS

We believe prayer is a great way to connect with and grow in our relationship with God. It is every believer’s responsibility to engage in prayer regularly. Our sincere prayer is that those who are incarcerated and returning citizens will encounter God through our prayer. If you have a desire to pray for the needs of others, please contact us.

CHURCH LIASON

As a volunteer, your role in reaching out to churches, organizations, and community events to speak or set up an information booth is paramount. Your engagement with the faith-based community can significantly enhance our outreach efforts, making a real difference in our mission.

BEHIND WALLS

Currently we go into units where we can pray and assist with reentry programs that promote personal growth. You will be required to take an online course with a test. Please click on the link below

TDCJ Volunteer

PUBLIC RELATIONS

This role will assist in establishing and executing public relations plans to maintain goodwill and understanding between Day 41 Resource Center and the public through sharing key messages to spread the word of the organization’s mission, campaigns, projects, and news—a person who will look for media opportunities and deliver press releases.

COMMUNITY LIAISON

We seek volunteers to serve as our Community Liaisons, who will be the voice of Day 41 in their interactions with companies, agencies, and the community. Your role is pivotal in fostering relationships, spreading our mission, and contributing to our operations. Your efforts will be instrumental in our success.

OFFICE ADMIN

Volunteers are currently needed to assist with basic office administrative clerical duties, including filing, answering phones, making copies, maintaining a comprehensive contact list, and other clerical duties as needed.
